Only 2023 Beauds could work some 2010's Beauden magic and then fuck it up in the most un-beauden-like way.

TBF, the bounce of the ball.

    Always goes 2010's Beaudens way

Lol Karl Te Nana saying this is a top of the table clash. Is the guy thick? Clearly the Chiefs are at the top.

He does. The Blues attacking shape is hardly challenging though

Tuipolotu had one of his best games in a while

Saders pack - lineout in particular was very good and with out big Sam...

Outstanding defensive effort from the Crusaders , and when you consider who they are missing makes it even more impressive

I've said this before about the Blues; but they show no discernible plan to create doubt in the defender's mind.

All the skill and too predictable t be able to show it.

Blues lose the IQ test once again. Dogged on defence, predictable on attack. And kicking away what little possession they had. Don’t get any sense of strategic thinking on their part or variation thereof. Just as well it’s Razor as the senior coach and Leon as the assistant.

If Reds can bring the same defensive line next week as they did last night they'll eye up a win vs Blues.

It didn’t affect the result but the TMO should be stood down for missing that huge knock on

Was it three phases of play after the knock on? Isn't there a rule that the TMO can only go back two phases?

Whole team seems to use kick as first attack option until after the 60 min mark, makes you wonder who Blues attack coach is, if it's Rangi is this going to be ABs going forward?

Might be old - but is it still the relevant rule? (I've got no idea...). Or is it more the case the TMO should've picked it up earlier - before the try was scored?

I thought Grace was good for a most of first half, took great lineout ball etc, but didn't really notice him a lot in second
