Well I wasn't being serious, although I don't like change - but not enough to post on the Grumpy Old Man thread about it. I did like the previous incarnation of the forum though.
Is this time of the year a normal forum update time as Planet Rugby has just updated to a slightly new interface too.
As ever thanks for you work at keeping the trains running.

I had saved the bookmark to my homepage in iOS, had to delete that and create a new one. Working now.

Was there anything else you had to do to get past the 'forbidden' message?

Without the toolbar is there an easy way to get back to Sports Talk from within a thread? The options seem to be scrolling to the first post in that thread to access the Sports Talk icon or using the Forum link on the Homepage.

One of the things I don't have control over unfortunately
I would prefer a link to the threads forum, and the thread name, be visible inside the thread
Now you would need to do two clicks categories > sport. That's better than scrolling up particularly on a long thread
When I have time I'll see if there's a way of forcing something better

Huh? I only said that moving the icons from the toolbar at the top to the left/right was counter-intuitive and that I preferred them at the top. I also said I would get used to it. I never said I didn't like the change (or change in general).

@Stargazer Duluth has a droll sense of humour, he’s probably just joking. Probably.

@Stargazer Light hearted comment was not 100% accurate. Apologies.

FYI
Just noticed the navigation arrows (not sure proper name) at the bottom are covered.
See bottom of screenshot.

Edit: i.e., can't get to second page

I'm unsure if, when clicking on an unread thread, there is no option to look at the latest post? Or is the solitary button I can see meant to take you there?
-
@canefan I'm only using a desktop for the TSF, so I don't know whether it's the same on a mobile device, but clicking on this arrow worked for me.

@Stargazer on Android there is no arrow. Just a tick box which I don't know what to do with
