The way that TJP answered those questions in the interview, he has coaching staff after his career written all over him. Very adroit answers.

I'd be filthy if I was a Sharks supporter. There's losing and then there's a gutless effort.

if it happens it will on one hand make more of a mockery of the conference system, but on the other, also be vindicated that the 4 best teams end up there anyway....

Champagne rugby from the Canes in the rain. BB is having an amazing season and TJP had one of his best games in yellow and black

There's losing and then there's a gutless effort.

Nah DWTA

They weren't gutless.

For the last twenty minutes they realised the game was gone and they just played to stop it from becoming 60 or 70 to nil. They have some pride and didn't
want to wake up to seeing a cricket score on the front page of whatever the newspaper is called back in Durban.

For the first twenty minutes of the game I felt that the Canes line speed around the fringes of the ruck was "opportunistically quick". Which in
laymans terms means they got a way with a little bit. And that stifled the Sharks a bit and shut them down. The fist 3 points to the Canes in the game
was also a bit questionable and that got the Canes underway and gave them confidence.

In the middle 40 minutes of the game - well yeah - the Canes were just too good, but the Sharks were trying, more just a case of BB and TJP putting
on world class performances and Sharks really not having any decent attacking players to answer back with. I have never rated Wille Le Roux, so it came
as no shock to me that he had zero impact on the game. I also think he is not test quality and the SA team would be better served with another option
than him, but all of that can wait until the Rugby Championship threads to make points about.

In summary, had their not been a terrible wind tonight and those first two April kicks gone over for a 6-0 lead then the Sharks may have found a
different gear.

1998, 2003 and 2009. Not exactly vintage years for the All Blacks.

Just goes to show that Super Rugby doesn't mean shit.

That's a disgraceful effort from the Sharks. Being embarrassed like that in a final is a terrible look from a formerly proud side.

Wow 41-0. Didn't see that coming. Even less so once i heard anout the weather. Even more less so after the first 10-15 mins. Thought it would be a 10-6 slug fest at that point. BB awesome. Would be happy with him starting for the ABs after seeing him control the game. Tjp was awesome again. Think he has played himself back into a full AB squad spot for the TRC.

Thought the ref was fine. Didn't change the result.

Much like the Brumbies last night who ran out of ideas once their lineout turned to shit nullifying their only attacking weapon the sharks looked a bit clueless when their kicking and pick and go didn't work. Only with 3mins to go down by 34 did they try to run it and it was pretty comical.

I couldn't agree more. He was always raw, but now he is still raw after a few years at Super and AB level.

Remember when he left the Blues with an attitude problem, JK was lambasted. Maybe he wasn't totally wrong after all.
