Unbelievable I thought waikato was going to win by 30 with 20 minutes to go. Some great efforts from the bench players.

@Stargazer Yeah he surprised me, he was one of the few to look likely in the first half and defended better than a few other backs.

One thing though: Tim Farrell is bad for my blood pressure. I really thought he would cross the dead ball line before he dotted down. Phew.

@Steven-Harris This is the first season that he's really claiming a spot in the match day squad. I found him pretty average until this season and could understand why he got little game time, both for the Magpies and MP. But in his first games for us, this year, he's been pretty good!
