Poor Rob Cobb. The camera shows him every time Rebolo is penalised, and that has been a lot.

That last scrum penalty highlighted how shit scrums are officiated.

That collapsed, he called to use it, letbit stay collapsed, neither side able to do anything for almost 10 sec, then pings us.

Same with that penalty, guy didn't release, but cos he eventually did it that's OK. No it is still not, cos it allowed the turnover.
