Rarely see a scrum called from a mark. Clever if you've got the dominant scrum

@NTA any hint of interference from Arendse in the first try? He bumps the French player into Fickou who misses the catch and then picks up the spilled ball.

    "Clatterball" is a mess, regardless.

50:26 that's wrong, sorry BOK. Not a knock on from Kitshoff - that was one hand deliberately knocking it out of DuPont's hand. Penalty.

Huge scrum from the Boks. Love to see the overhead angle as side on showed nothing. Snyman going hard

Kwagga - arm on the ground but got it off the deck before BOK saw it. Huge.

Ramos fucks the 22 restart. Unhappy night.

Can't help but think the reserve scrum half for France with 10 to go would have been a good idea. Dupont looked knackered

@NTA Disagree. Ireland having it at the death and Jordie’s try saver give that match the edge for me. Although the first 40 of last night’s game might be better than the 80. A great game but not as good imho because France clearly choked like gagging dogs. Ireland gave it everything.

@MiketheSnow if you just dropped into planet earth to watch last night and someone told you after the game that the best player in the world was the French #9 you’d be thinking ‘hmmmmm’. If you want to be an all time great you step forward and have your best game in games like that. He’s still got time.

@game_film he’s been injured for 3 weeks! Superhuman effort from him IMO

@stodders Yeah, of course, you know where I’m coming from though. Great effort, but probably should have brought him off the bench.

I thought he was brilliant in the first half, seemed to tire in the second.

I think the ABs might be happier to face SA than France if they get that far.
Hm we beat Ireland who beat SA who beat France who beat us. What a circle of life.

France really tied themselves in knots in the last fifteen minutes. They were strangely uptight.

French sides of old would have had a cigarette at half time and would have been more relaxed.
