Ofa, Dalton and Akira for me. Great shift from Thompson too.

Akira was putting some big hits out there, and had a huge work rate.

    Beehre, Thompson, Akira

Something tells me this is Akira's last campaign - he seemed extra fired up tonight

Massive in that period after half time when the Drua had all the ball

Dalton, Akira and Plummer. Ofa if there was a fourth vote.

Good work from the inexperienced locks too

@nzzp this was from a Hinton article where he interviewed Akira in February

Ioane has a lot to play for this year, which he hints might be the final lap of the track in New Zealand (notably, he has two seasons to run on his latest deal).

Just finishing watching the match now.
AJ Lam for his defence - he stands up physially in the second half.
Akira the same; gets around makes some good hits
Dalton for all round contribution and workrate - very solid.

There was one try stopping tackle on the tryline where he folded some poor Drua player. Looked Kainoesque. Pity he's going to Japan when he's playing like that!

There's a lot to like about they way Plummer is controlling the game and not overplaying his hand. Constantly keeps the ball in front of his forwards.
