All media I'm consuming is picking Chiefs to take this, except Parsons.
Interesting, I've heard quite a few people picking the Canes (including Parsons). This game is literally 50/50 for me, could go either way.
The media are also flakey as fk, how many times have people flipped flopped this year on who they think will win the comp, it changes every week. Chiefs were the best performing team last week, doesn't mean that will be the case this week. Small margins in these games.

Parsons really wants the Chiefs to win so the Blues can have a home final.

So they’ve announced this game for 4.35pm on Saturday. I really don’t get the logic behind that considering it’s a big game and the crowd numbers would be a lot higher (close to a sellout) if it was at 7.05pm. Both the club and college rugby community in Wellington won’t be able to get to the game now. They’ll be f’d off.
If they want to make it family friendly then play it on a Sunday arvo so then everyone can go.
A strong team except for our backs reserves and Cameron that are a bit so-so.
I'm unsure why Sullivan is rated so highly.

@No-Quarter he didn’t do much the last two times we played you. Probably a game for him to remind everyone why he should be the AB no 1 ten though.

These Wednesday namings seem to contain an element of bluff/obfuscation.
George and Canefan could end up both being right, twice!

I think that's the major issue with Wednesday team naming, especially as we've seen in recent weeks. Every team seems to make a change to their line-up late in the week after scratching guys with small niggles. We actually end up getting the final teams later now.
