I'll be extremely surprised if Bongi doesn't come back on the field in ten to 15 mins

Wasn't it great to see his team spirit tho?

Injured in the first 28 minutes. Manages to put it out of his mind, walk out of his oxygen tent, and come on for Marx's Yellow Card.

@NTA bold to choose the practice of front row ethics in Australia as the topic for debate.

@Smuts not sure you can equate our poor scrum with the fact that Mbonambi isn't fit, but whatever floats your boat

And hey, why not take advantage of the situation?

A Test Rugby player cries off after 28 minutes with an "injury", then comes back on. Not sure the coaching staff have player welfare top of mind when that happens.

The alternative of course is for officials to refuse his re-entry and make the Boks play 2 down while Marx is off.

It wouldn't have changed anything about the result, but it might have provided a valuable lesson.

until the ARU publicly apologizes for Bill Young and its own attempts to neuter the scrum, no one is likely to be all that interested in valuable lessons about front row ethics from down under

We had a third option but he was yellowed with Marx.

Playing in the URC give the big benefit of getting use to the NH refs. Our teams struggled in the first 6 month but had to adopt or die.
