Well, at my peak the scales reported somewhere near 130kg 😕 That was about two years ago<br />
<br />
When I decided to make a genuine effort with bike and eating, I was 125kg :shifty:<br />
<br />
When I got on the scales this morning, they pointed at 112kg <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /><br />
<br />
The goal is 100kg<br />
<br />
You could look at it as 13kg in total I suppose... But overall, it feels good to say 18kg :happy:

I have a different agenda - i.e. putting on weight for rugby.<br />
<br />
Start weight about 86-7kgs, <br />
<br />
Weight now is about 91.5kgs<br />
<br />
Aim is to get to about 94kgs for the beginning of next season.<br />
<br />
4-5 kgs gain.

Jesus Stoli...where did you pack 105kgs?? You not the tallest bloke who ever graced the earth. Well done 👏 All by Atkins, or a mixture of exercise as well?

This sounds interesting, better count me in.<br />
<br />
Righto, hitting the scales at 94kg, want to get-on-down to 83kg, thats a an agressive 11kg slide, or as a percentage 13%.<br />
<br />
So, have invested in a treadmill, oooh-aaah, and am burning a 100 calories a night after 4 four nights on it. Weight still says the same though.<br />
<br />
Good luck everyone, and remember, drink clean water.<br />
<br />
go to aquafiner.com, have a look at what these chaps are up to in Dunedin.

Haven't been logging but have shed 10kgs in the past year and am now down to 105.<br />
<br />
My playing weight in 1996 when I 'officially' retired was 102 and although my strength is not what it was back then, it is getting closer that it has been in a long while which is very encouraging for a 37 year old. I am seriously thinking of turning out for one of the 2 Div teams around town sometime this winter.<br />
<br />
Would never have done it without fatbusters...

Got a wedding date in November to aim at and be back at 90kg........13kg in 8 months.

I've stalled on 96kg...shed a couple quite quickly, but been here for a few weeks now.<br />
<br />
But I do think I have trimmed up around the waist a bit, and I appear to have these lumps on the front of my arms above my elbow...<br />
<br />
But then I guess aside form Golf each week (and when I am playing well I don't tend to walk as far) I am not doing much aerobic stuff since I finished hockey, , just weights, guess thats the problem!  <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

I have semi stalled myself. Still losing but the rate has dropped right back . Still 15kgs in 13 weeks is enough to make me happy especially as the scales now start with an 8

Another kg lost this week, for a total of 5.4kgs in 6 weeks. Be about 1/3 of the way there now i think.
