knees suck i've got no cartilage in mine, being trying to 'manage' it, was going alright. then made the mistake of playing some rugby. sure enough picked up a sweet injury, 95% tear of the pec muscle where it attaches to the bicep.. so surgery blah blah blah and a summer of no golf and swimming. farking great. <br />

Knee feels ok tho, but no point running as the half ironman is out so that's one good thing!<br />

So just on teh bike... and getting a new toy cause i wrote one off in a crash last week.<br />

Shit that's an impressive time. I rode around with the missus this time and it took 6hr 12. Too long sitting on a bike. Hope to go under 5 hr next year. <br />
