Love it how Parsons is still wearing his headgear for the interview even though he got replaced half an hour ago.

Going against my bitching earlier that was a much better 2nd half - wore them down and broke them open - the bench impact was noticeable.

Of the starters Gibson, Kaino and Tuipulotu worked their tails off. Gibson in particular had his best game of the season. The backs from centre on out were good too.

I agree the backs balance doesnt look right - id like to see Faiane get even more time at 12 next week v Force - even in his little cameo he showed good signs.

The Bulls are the laziest side I've ever watched live. They walked everywhere.

Score line massively flattered the Bulls, Blues completely dominated them, it was just our own inaccuracy they kept the score as close as it was.

My 11yo daughter said to me during the game when the score was 14-7, "the Bulls are stuffed Dad. Look they're not even getting in there".

They look poorly coached unless they had a case of some of the worst jetlag

Those safe white boys aren't looking so bad after all.

Good to see the Blues pumping teams worse than them.

I thought it was a good sign for NZ rugby last year , how the Blues were our 5th best team but still had good wins against the overseas teams

@KiwiMurph A mediocre coach who favours mediocre players. Collins will never offer a counter attacking threat. How is he the starting fullback?

Actually thought Collins showed a bit of potential last night

Happy enough with the 5 points, but we still have a lot to work on.

Jerome was great last night. He turns 34 in two weeks, but he's still easily the standard for 6s in this country. I thought he looked good last week too.

I'm hoping we drop Tupou from the starting line-up once Luatua comes back, because he's adding very little to the team at the moment. At this level, he's too small to be a lock, and not dynamic or physical enough to be a 6.

I think Taramai has done his dash off the bench, it's time to bring Pryor in. He's played every game so far this season and has done little to nothing in his game time.
