Bloody oath! I hope I am as committed when I arrive back home. -
Week going well so far. and I look on target for 8 sessions. Weights going extremely well and I now don't feel as hungry as I was last week, yet I have still cut down on portion size.<br />

Can defeinitely see a difference in shape around the shoulders and legs. Fat guts is still fat guts but it's definitely looser around the waistline -
Week is still going well, weights every morning and cardio in the Arvo.<br />

Well, I know I'm committed as I had a work leaving drinks last night and got in at 3am, but I still got up early for the gym, and I have boxing this arvo

Boxing was nearly the end of me. Not only did I get smashed right on my big sniffer, but I also threw up after. But I still did it

Just kidding, but had a cracking weights session. Felt as though there wasn't enough iron in the gym to lift. -

I am still waiting for the bad day when I struggle to lift the weights I did the previous week. There has been an increase every session. Loving it at the moment. Cardio has taken a wee dive this week due to work commitments

Yeah, I always do weights before work thinking the day is OK and that I will be able to get away from work for cardio. -
Fatbusting took a dip over the weekend, especially yesterday when I attempted a 2kg steak with trimmings. It was supposed to be for 2 people but I thouhgt the menu was lying. It wasn't!

It's been a poor poor week for me. Had a piss-up every night since Thursday last week. It's all caught up on me now and all I want to do, is lie down in my seat for the entire flight and sleep.<br />

reluctantly weighed myself this morning as I was bored and the hotel has flash looking scales. I've lost 9 KG's!!!! Super happy about that as I have been doing weights nearly every day for the past 5 weeks.<br />
