    Hah I don't think ya need all 3. If ya want a real goodie then try get a sample of BSN hyper fx. I reckon its great. Musclepharm assault is also very good as well the tried and tested superpump max and 1MR

    whoops! I meant one at a time - kind of testing each out over a period of time to see how they go. Ha ha I agree all three at once would be overkill!

    Nah I understood. I just dont rate test pump that highly. Its ok but better stuff out there.<br />

    Also, if you are going to buy rage, pretty much the only place you can get it is at http://www.bodybuilding.co.nz/ as its made by the guys there.<br />

    I've tried most of the pre-workouts available and some do bugger all, some give crazzzzy dreams, and others give mean crashes. Takes a bit of trail and error to find what works best for ya.

    Shotgun seems to have pretty good prices - I will see if I can be cheeky and score some samplers tomorrow at that shop. I want to start working on leaning down rather than bulking up further - like you said it's just trial and error till you find something that works. But I can see this really firing me up on those low motivation days (aka winter!!).

    Dailysupps and also nutritiondeal.co.nz are both good but its parallel imported stuff so sometimes older versions or dated stock. Gotta watch their protein (flogging off old myofusion at the mo....has a bad rep for giving the runs!) but their pre-workout deals are usually pretty good.<br />

Only issue is that you cant shake this stuff as its foams - strictly stir/swirl only otherwise it gets very messy! That websites pretty good too. Cheap and always throws in a few samples for ya to try out. And free shipping too but thats a given now days.<br />

    Cellucor C4 is pretty good too but i find it a bit muddy if ya know what I mean. Not really a clean energy/focus.

    I've only tried super pump max which I find works well but I want to try something else and allow the body to cycle the max out of the system for a change. I brought some of that discounted protein today from daily supps so will be interesting to see how it goes. I've had my last couple lots through them coz I'm a tight arse but want myofusion and have found it ok. Time will tell

    I rate the mayo fusion proteins. Great taste and good profile. Just got some of the new myo elite peanut butter cookie dough flavour. It's mighty fine.

    I got vanilla. I've previously tried chocolate and strawberry both of which are really nice. I did find the original myofusion was thicker and tastier than the probiotic version. I'm quite keen to try that elite version. I take my protein with balance recovery stack which works really well. And due to its berry flavour should go well with the vanilla

    Elite is even thinner than the probiotic. I do prefer thicker protein shakes so often double up the protein or just use less water.

    JK, did you say you had mad dreams on some of these supplements!? I was bloody sleepwalking last night lol!! Could be coincidence but I might give test pump a rest for a while!<br />

    I only used two samples of it but both times woke in hot sweats after crazy dreams. In one I was being chased by these massive rabbits.<br />

    I have a history of sleepwalking so need to dodge anything that encourages that kind of activity ha ha<br />

    Last night I woke up when the wife asked why I'd stolen her pillow. I'd taken it and my own pillow and put them by the front door... I think I was getting ready for work and thought the pillows were my training bag!! So not more test pump for me... I didn't have crazy dreams etc on Rage or Jack3d so I'll stick with them for the moment.

    just stopped by my local supplement shop. Got three more types of pre-workout powders and two blue pills of a new type of supplement they are selling... I'm glad he gave me a shopping bag as I had all these little baggys of powder!<br />
    I got N.O Xplode, Rush, and SP Max. <br />

    I promise I won't take it all before tonight's workout!

    From my experience NO Xplode tastes like ass (or what I assume ass to taste like)<br />
    BPI Rush - is pretty dam good. Should do you well on stim and pump.<br />
    SP Max - been around a while but still delivers the goods. Pretty similar to the effect Rage gives.<br />
    <br />
    The blue pills will be Detonate which is a thermogenic meaning you'll sweat like crazy and probably have appetite surpressed a bit. Its great stuff but probably not really what you are after. Only need to take 1 of them at a time and best in the morning.

    The guy said those blue pills are great for days with low motivation - and spot on in terms of your description JK (he said they are kind of like E!) so that'll be fun to try ; )

    ok, Rush is gooood! a solid stim for quite a while and definitely a pump. Had a mean workout last night<br />

    Chest and back yesterday<br />
    Y and T extensions = 3 sets of 6 @ 4kg.<br />
    Bent over barbell rows 606, 706, 706 - very pleased with this - stayed rock solid through legs and torso and bar speed was really good. Super setted with cable flies 3 sets of 8-10.<br />
    Bench and seated row super sets were messed up - really hard to lay claim to both when the gym is busy. My bodybuilder mate was working out so I cranked up the weight on bench. 6
    70, 6100, 6120, 4130, 1060 - the 120 and 130 sets were spotted, helping me get past that sticking point low in the lift. It reminded me how good training with someone on bench is - does kinda suck to have to wait for a spot.<br />
    Ended up skipping seated rows (will add them in tonight) and did bent over dumbbell row and dumbbell floor press superset. Kicked my ass! 3 sets of 37.5kg for 6 reps each side.<br />

    At the gym again tonight - feels good to be getting along more regularly.
