@MajorRage haha I do most times! Thinking about it I swear the last k was my fastest as I was hammer down the last 400 and my middle k was 5:03 without hammer down.

2 runs again today 3km couples this morning, had to run to pick up the car this afternoon so a new (5km) route and an absolute fluffybunny hill on the 4th km but made up for it on the 5th by doing 4:32 (ok ok slightly downhill all the way pretty much).

5:22 avg and felt a million bucks at the end. 2 sets of UB this morning done in 9:10 with a minute rest between included in that. Threw in most of a 3rd set after that too.

      Feeling good.

5k Saturday, 3k Sunday, 7.5k yesterday. Yesterday was an absolute piston wristed gibbon, couple of bitch hills thrown in, I'm talking Mt Vic type steep.

Cranking the workouts. Sitting under 94kg the last few days, despite booze.

Strava has me at 51.5km @mariner4life

Weight back up a bit this week, but back under 95 today.

Dialled back a bit on the running after being knackered for run 2 on Tuesday - aiming for 5km but body was saying nah at 3 so ended up just shy of 4 (had already done 3km couple run earlier). Rested Wednesday and did just shy of 4 again yesterday. 5km lined up for tomorrow morning to the farm shop.

Workouts going good, up to 3 sets on UB now and could probably crack it on the legs if I wasn't a pussy.

Gym opening still at least over 6 weeks away sucks. Will start mixing up the workouts a bit now so as not to get stale.

Ok so that 5km accidentally turned into 7. Felt disgusting from about 1.5 - 4 but then started to pick back up. Accidentally took a wrong turn around 3 and ended up a couple of miles off course, so missed my km notifications and all of a sudden was at 6km. Was pretty happy with averaging 5:30 for that distance on those hills.

5km on Sunday as Bonesetta cracked her first 5km in about 5 years. 4.5km this morning.

Had a 4 day weekend, which equalled a lot of booze and fatty food, but still managed to keep under 95kg.

Racked up another 3 and a bit after the morning run the other day, then did the same yesterday to test out the new watch. So close to 8km both days. Definitely getting quicker and hills aren't as gruelling.

Think the best bit is no stopping and I haven't used an inhaler while running in at least over a month - don't even bother taking it with me if it's less than 5km. A nice freedom.

@voodoo ticwatch pro 4g. Wanted to be able to leave the phone behind completely yet still ring Bonesetta when I inevitably break myself 5km from home.

Seems neat so far. Wanted wear OS so I could download music from play and seemed like a good option for Strava or linked apps. Haven't tried Strava yet as not sure if the notifications work, might test it today.

@Bones I haven't seen that before. Looks sweet. Though while I hear you on the ability to make calls when in trouble, I really dislike the idea of being able to receive them when exercising.

@voodoo throw in a pair of these and it's not that bad, don't even need to break a stride (like last Saturday when I got lost and was being picked up so had to answer the phone while continuing on at "pace" to get to a pickup spot).

Got these as I like to listen to music at the gym, but was getting nauseated... ambient sound mode fixes that.

Little 3km blast yesterday at 4:50 average. After cracking 3 sets in leg workout and an hour or so after lunch. Felt great in all exercise yesterday.

                                    So I downed 7 440s.

Anyway hopefully a tipping point on the exercise.

5km yesterday and today. 99.8km overall. Something to aim for next month then.

                                      Dipped under 93kg today though!
