He's been promoted well before he's ready because he used to play 7s. Probably by the same person that keeps employing a certain Australian TMO.

He was in similar form the year he got selected for the ABs. Deft kicks, good passing game and absolutely barnstorming with ball in hand. I was excited to see him develop last year but he seemed to go backwards.
