@Stargazer Price was poached by St Kents from Tauranga BC so originally from the BOP I think.

I first noticed him playing for the Chiefs Dev team this season and he has been playing for Hamilton Marist.

Stratton would be a handy pickup for the Canes.

@Bovidae thought I saw Price playing 7s for BOP earlier in the season as well? Bit of slight fall from grace for him. NZ20s in 2017 to missing out completely in 2018 and now looking like he's been released from Wgtn/Canes.

Against the Crusaders in pre season the Canes had Price, Callum Harkin and Jono Hickey as their halfbacks. I was really impressed by Harkin but he unfortunately broke his ankle in that game. Maybe they are looking at him as one option?
