There aren't any new rules at the breakdown. WR just ordered refs to enforce the existing laws strictly to see what happens. It's worth a try.

hahahaha he didn't fucking even get close to competing for the ball.. shoulder straight into the guy jumping.. guy at least has to try and look at the ball if you want to 'compete'

He's never competing for the ball. To do that would require looking at the ball. It's a clear YC.
