Tickets to the star-studded Steinlager North v South Match will go on public sale next Thursday (16 July) with Auckland’s Eden Park confirmed as the venue for the highly anticipated match.

The game is on Saturday August 29 and will kick off at 5.35PM, with New Zealand Rugby (NZR) continuing its push to stage matches at family-friendly times. The match will also be broadcast live and exclusive on SKY Sport.

The game day will also feature a curtain-raiser between the Farah Palmer Cup Auckland Storm side and a yet to be announced opponent, and tickets start at $10 for kids and $30 for adults.

The two 28-strong North and South squads are due to be announced on Tuesday 18 August, two days after the Blues and Crusaders play out the final match of Investec Super Rugby Aotearoa at Eden Park.

All Blacks Assistant Coaches John Plumtree and Scott McLeod will coach the North and Greg Feek and Brad Mooar the South, with Foster and fellow selector Grant Fox overseeing selections.
