To the best of my knowledge Pakeha XV for the North.
And a Poly XV for the South with a ring in at lock (I think).

How come a little bit of Poly trumps everything? DNA tests for everyone and gotta be over 50% to represent? And what happens if like proportional representation you need to get alliances to get past the post? Who decides?
