No need to panic. I think the North will up the tempo when Nugget comes on.

Moody went to ground again and the ref ignored it

@Toddy Yep it was clear, and Sanders gave away a clear ruck penalty that wasn't called.

Not clear and obvious he wasn't back 10. That should be a try.

He can't come on soon enough because TJ has stunk the place up tonight

To be fair to TJP, he made a try - although he should look better; he's only marking Webber.

Put a Blues player on in his place.

@number9 so it can't be a mail anymore. There has to be opposition part of it to be a maul. Must the defending team be penalised if the attacking team decides to break away

A maul doesn't end because there aren't any more defenders attached.

@antipodean yes it does. That what the law defines a maul

@antipodean One good tackle, a lot of penalties, slow off the scrum.

That's how it becomes a maul.

A maul ends and play continues when:

                            • The ball or ball-carrier leaves the maul.
                            • The ball is on the ground.
                            • The ball is on or over the goal line.

Looking forward to TJ describing another Crusaders player as a scientist.

Why the fuck are they using Reece in midfield instead of Clarke?

@antipodean clearly other players have to include opposition. The definition of a maul can't change midway through a maul
