Up to you. If you start a team selection it is up to you to justify it.

Like in the CM team I have not selected a French test player because he wasn't as good when at the province.
Personally I'd go based on provincial performances

One sentimental vote for Lindsay Harris as fullback from me. More seriously though, Cashmore would be hard to go past, but Mils should be considered, despite his abrupt departure. Piutau was very good in recent years.

Terry Wright and Matthew Ridge (underrated) bridged the gap between Harris and Cashmore?
