On Chrome beta on Android.

If I try and play a Facebook vid, it pops to black full screen then quickly pops back again to the thread and does nothing. Any ideas?

Same here, running Android on an S10

@voodoo it used to stuff up occasionally but I could always click the Facebook badge to go watch it on Facebook. Change in the embedding at end of last year seems to have disappeared that too - same for you?

A facebook change? No changes here on facebook embeds for at least a year

Vids working on ios/chrome so I assume this is only a problem for android devices?

Yeah, not sure when it stopped working, definitely in the last 3-4 months

Ok, I was planning on doing a software update in the middle of this week. I'll try another method of embedding FB videos when I do that
