The result is a foregone conclusion.

Only the margin is up for grabs.

Will it be 50? 60? Or will the Brumbies bore everyone to death with a rolling maul and just make it a lazy 40?

Tahs lost three backs in Round 1 - 2 injuries and a suspension, and the guy keeping Swinton's spot warm.

    Same as last week

Caird didn't look ready for this level.

Whetton looked gassed after 25mins. I think he's effective in slow tempo games maybe this week suits him better

If not, there'll be some Aussies in the second row very soon

@gunner There are none. We produce a bunch but they all end up elsewhere. LSL was from Sydney, Rodda was from NSW, etc. Some of the up and coming locks in the other teams are from NSW too. Pretty much all top-line Wallaby locks are in Europe or Japan (Arnolds, Rodda, Skelton, Philip, Coleman list goes on forever), so they aren't available.

Waratah's from Gibson on have aggressively expelled all available talent.

    1. Connal McInerney

Never heard of this guy which is strange as I presume he is another player from the Irish village of Tokoroa?

Quality accurate passing from the Brumbies. That’s been rare this weekend

@duluth Round 2? Mind you, the Reds off-load game was good last week.

Tahs scrum better than last week's shit effort. Lineout working well.

We're still going to get flogged, but at least some improvement had been shown.

To compete against Brumbies/Crusaders you have to limit handling errors (for defending scrums) and limit penalties (for defending lineouts).

    Tahs have done neither.

    Tahs have done neither.

They went about 30 minutes with Berry not pinging the Brumbies once for offside - which they were at multiple rucks under the new interpretations.

The couple of scrum penalties against Angus Bell have been called from the sideline and I don't think Perrett is seeing that right. Brumbies have also walked 2 scrums around the corner and gotten away with it.

That last try sums up where the Tahs are at tho: we stopped them, got the "Use it once" call, and then stood up and went for the pill instead of shoving them back. Mentally poor.

The two Kiwi locks clearly got a whipping over their scrum work in Brisbane last week. A lot better today.

The Waratahs will be hoping that the Trans- Ta$man competition doesn't go ahead. The Blues and Crusaders will go into triple digits against this lot.

Berry still has zero idea about scrums

Brumbies walked 3 around the corner and awarded a penalty each time. Tahs loosehead don't move backward an inch

Going to be a lot of "effing and jeffing" from the Rugby Report card boys this week.

Great try! Good little chip kick from the centre.

Not sure who's going for the wooden spoon, this season. Tahs or Force. I think the Rebels will be okay.
