Geez the despised players were best on show tonite. Otere was mom for me with second half display but Campbell Prinsep and Blackwell were all outstanding for Canes. Player form really levelling out.

Half the problem for the Canes is that there is no media here in Wellington holding these coaches to account. Piss poor tactics, poor selections and 4 losses.
It’s the worst it’s ever been at the Hurricanes but the coaches somehow get a contract extension. Fucking La La land.

Ruru has played plenty, it’s Nock and Christie fighting for the bench.

@kirwan Point is, none of them have started consecutive weeks, how are they supposed to build a combo with the 8/10 when you chop and change especially when Rurus game is quite different to the other 2.
Edit - I already mentioned in this thread Ruru backed up round 2/3, IMO should have started even after his poor performance in round 3.

What the hell is happening to the skills in our game here in NZ?A couple of Blues trys were great. Reikos outside break and sweet pass was as good as you’ll see. Perofeta’s step was also great.
And the Blues defence was top drawer.
