That AR and ref got it badly wrong later too when the Hurricanes should have had an attacking lineout from the 22-50 kick.

A much closer game than I expected. Highlanders U20 came back strong in the 2nd half.

Haven't been able to watch this game closely, but got the impression that Aiden Morgan would have been the MotM if they had named one. Not listening too much to the commentators in that respect, esp Lose, because he's a terrible fanboy and not always of the right players.

There is a full replay at 1 am tomorrow on SS1.

Managed to watch the replay and I was really impressed by the way Morgan lead the Canes 20s around the park. His acceleration to the line and bullet passing really allowed our backs to open up in that first half before it got messy in the second with the two cards.

Riley Higgins also got through a mountain of work and didn’t shy away from the hard work, carrying the ball up time and time again. Looking forward to seeing how that Morgan and Higgins combo develops going forward.
