No one seems to have investigated referee Mr. Cooper yet so I have taken the liberty of doing so. What am I missing here? That seems a pretty straight forward and bland bio....

@bones I was referring to his relative lack of experience with the whistle at Super level. Still he might raise himself above the level of some of the other Aussie refs.
