@bones easily ,there was no individual offender ,that was on the whole Rebels scrum ,if one of the props had deliberately collapsed the scrum ,then you may seen a YC..

Rebels were competitive for almost all of that. In a perfect world Uelese gets sent back to clubland for the remainder of the season. In reality, It's highly unlikely there is another hooker in the state.
