It is, I wouldn't have guessed it was that lop sided.
The Wallabies showed signs of good structures but let down badly by individual decision making and skill execution. Particularly in the backline. Hearing backs complain about effort at the breakdown as if that was the failing would be fucking galling as a forward in the sheds.

I hate this crap at the back of a ruck when a halfback has his hands on the ball for a good 5-6 seconds and the defence can’t do anything.

I noticed in the Sharks-Lions game Peyper said to the halfbacks early in the game that if you roll/slide the ball back from a ruck with your hands it is out. I wish all refs did that.

If the ABs cannot beat this Wallaby team my more than 20 points, even away, then they'd have to worry for the next NH tour.

A proper ref for starters! Good to hear and I hope there is a directive put out by World Rugby. I can tolerate the rolling it back with the foot to keep the ball in the ruck, but the multiple rolling it back and placing it under a boot lace, is taking the proverbial.

Yes. Imagine what a full French team would do to the ABs if they failed to beat this poor Australian outfit by more than 20 points.

That was the series when Peter Fitzsimmons got targeted by the French. I don’t remember the French win but the game at Ballymore is one of the great tests and the Blanco try from the Wallaby try line where he skinned Campo, Carozza and a couple of others.

Of course he failed to produce evidence of any benefit - there is none! That is seriously funny!!! :face_with_tongue:
