    It's just odd as we have had these rules for a number of years now and I haven't really seen any reduction. If anything I have come to expect yellows every game.

            Yeah and Horan was talking up Slipper and it was him that was on the biggest angle!

            The overhead angle doesn't show how badly the French guys hips were out of shape. As soon as the pressure came on Slipper could do nothing but follow him in

                            The thing is, they change the laws so often, that it's not only difficult for rugby fans to understand, but also difficult to adjust for players and to officiate for referees.

                                  Yes but you cant have interpretations that big like that. 99% of decent refs would hardy call that a penalty
