@stargazer Why the hell would they travel to anti-vax central in NSW? Crazy!

@tim is there no 'border' between Queensland and BB (never been there)
-
Not the smartest decision by the Pumas.

Not normally, we were down that way last weekend. You can just drive out of Qld into NSW pretty much as normal.
Plenty of signs telling you there are restrictions about come back in though, and on the opposite side of the highway there are quite clearly massive checkpoints for getting back into Qld and a decent line up of queued cars/trucks.
-
the actual fuck???
that can't be true. no one is that fucking dumb. You can't leave the state and then just come back in!
that's.. i can't even... really?
-
and here i was thinking they would be in full bubble mode in their hotel incase the game had to be played behind closed doors because of the cases in QLD or something

@mariner4life you sweet naive child  they'll probably get a run on in the NRL final if palecek can swing it :face_with_tears_of_joy:
do we know who it was? starters or squad players?

My mother's partner works in Tweed and they live in Coolangatta, he has a border exemption and every time I call them he complains about having to wait to get back into Queensland at the end of the day.
In saying that you can probably still walk around but my Mum said they tightened up on that this time round.
How fucking stupid are the media/Oz minders/Chieka etc with this team?

From the article below (obviously doesn't mean it's true):The players reportedly include Argentina captain Julian Montoya.

Not including Montoya:

The text in Spanish in the attached tweet comes from a statement from the Argentinian Rugby Union (UAR), so this is the correct list:

Man how dumb
Are they going to move our game earlier?
I think it's at the time as it is SA's "home" game
EDIT for Broadcasting purposes

Janette Young could grant them an exemption and allow them to play even if they’ve come from a hotspot state because it brings “a lot of money into the state”…
