I believe @taniwharugby meant jock mckenzie is on loan to northland, not corey evans (evans was announced on social media as signing with Auckland).

No idea. I'd like to see Zarn start to log some minutes in the 10 shirt for Auckland.
Who knows - Zarn might see some minutes at 10 tonight now.

Takes a sabbatical/break in 2020 and plays a handful of games in Super Rugby Aotearoa with mixed results (he was bad vs Crusaders in Christchurch at fullback but excellent at 10 vs Highlanders in Dunedin)
2021 goes to Japan
2022 is injured/covid (so far)
This is quite funny being a Canes fan. Something doesn’t want him to wear that Blues jersey.
We’ll welcome him back with open arms.
@canes4life We still want him haha but he's only played 8 times for us.
Perofeta to 10 it is, although he has been devastating from the back.

@kiwimurph Wouldn't complain as I feel like our attack flows better with Perofeta at 15.

@african-monkey they will have had to bring somebody up to speed real quick in case Perofeta goes down during the game. I doubt Zarn would have had any reps at 10 during the preseason.
They are going to need SP to go the distance at 10 tonight. Zarn starting at 15 would probably see Kneepkens come onto the bench in the event SP or Zarn get injured.
Because Kneepkens covers wing as well they might be tempted to drop Tele'a from the bench in place of Evans who covers midfield and has experience at 10? -

I thought Zarn got time at 10 during the first pre season match? Even if he didn't I would prefer him covering 10 than a guy on debut

I'm gonna feel disappointed if my lot don't put their best foot forward tonight.. we're only really missing 1 of our usual openside flankers & some experience out on the wings
