One frustration - I don't understand how that is not a deliberate knock on against Heem? Why is it only called when people are going for intercepts.

No genuine chance to regather the ball. Going for an intercept is also trying to catch a pass. It's just bad logic that so many intercepts are called deliberate knock ons.
