Disappointing.
Margin should have been much higher. A lot to work on, first-up tackles in broken play were shocking, lineouts were abysmal, no support for kick chasers, handling a perennial worry. Refs were clearly against us.
Mounga left easy points unscored.
Should have had 2 bonus points against that rabble.

Our back 3 weakness was exploited. Need Narawa and Lowe back for ENS and Trask. Nankivell can start over Tupaea too. Thought Cane and Vaii were very good but all 15 Crusaders went well at breakdown. Well done Razor.

Chiefs fans shouldn't be too despondent.
The problem is the step down from the likes of PSG and Narawa to their replacements is enormous.
Christie really schooled Cane eh.

The Chiefs shouldn't play that badly again and they were in with a sniff for a lot of that game. They are more than capable of beating the Saders again.

I didn't think the Chiefs were bad, the Crusaders were bloody good! As a kind of a neutral I thought it a bloody great game, and there will be some sore bodies tomorrow!

This game reminded of when the ABs used to be good and they could string along a team for 60 mins absorbing nearly everything and then running away with it comfortably without ever really being under any real pressure.
That was tidy tonight by the Crusaders

@hooroo yeah I totally agree, you're absolutely right we clearly need more Crusaders in the All Blacks, and of course the coach.

One thing for sure is Jordan should be FB. Jordie isn’t a patch on him

For all the funny stuff during the week the simple fact is all of the Crusaders points were scored by All Blacks (or a guy who should have been last year and will be this year)
And by all accounts those big names in the Chiefs might be cooked.
This seems bad for AB rugby.
