I could swear we saw a knock on not called this weekend because someone batted it out of the ball carrier's arms. Yet this one was called. What's the rule?

See this is where coaches need to be drilling thier players about tackle height and wrapping, the latter is key to avoid a.simple shoulder penalty or worse if you do slip up.
