Didn’t see much of that from the Blues last night.
I suppose they were only having a training run though.Blues aside I have been concerned at the lack of fluency in back play of the NZ teams this year.

Just in that play: 18 dropped the ball under no pressure, had no one in any position to gather the kick, won a turnover and then failed to get support there and lost is back.

Dalton is streaks ahead so far this year. Easily the form 7. The difference between the two that we aren't privvy to is if Cane is pacing himself for later in the season. The other problem for Cane is that Dalton is also leader (maybe already better than Cane) and Cane has never cemented himself as a good captain at Super or AB level.

The Brumbies have been as good as the Chiefs have been bad.
Chiefs not treasuring the ball, inept defensive choices and some dreadful skill execution. They deserve to lose.
