Far too much cynical crap from both teams and ref has not dealt with it as well as he could. Both teams should be far better than this. Hopefully we see some decent rugby in second half.

You're confusing "cheating" with "incompetence".

Blues scrum isn't going forward. They got a penalty for Sio hinging, but otherwise it has been fairly even.
