I was at the game Laban referred to where he scored a great try for the NZ Barbarians Schools against Aust Schools. Very quick. He was promoted to the NZ Schools team to play Aust a few days later.

So NH seal up 2nd in the even conference.
They will either play Auckland or Northland in the quarters

And Auckland lose too and doesn't get 2 bonus points. If you lose (unlikely) then Auckland is third.

@Winger winning first to make the top 4 key, but I think if Auckland get 2 and we get a BP win, we end on same points but would go to 3rd due to having beat them, think I read it goes there before f/a?
@taniwharugby Yep, if two teams finish on equal number of competition points, the winner of the head-to-head is seeded higher.

@Winger all 3, in particular Li & Stevenson have been in bloody good form all season.

@taniwharugby good sauce reckons Stevenson is considering having a crack at league. The Dolphins had him over for a visit a few weeks back
@Nogusta you'd have to think he'd have been a good shot at the AB XV, but if he is looking at leaving, and known by the higher ups....?

Christ, Parsons was really on one today.
Yeah that commentary from him and others did my head in. Can understand it from Parsons though as he would have had a full chub watching that.
Harbour impressive, particularly on the counter attack but exaggerated but Southlands inability to make those first up tackles.
Big game next week then vs Auckland at home.

Probably not. Twilight golf starts this Friday so will watch in the club house after
