Gold 21 joins maul with zero material effect and is penalised. In the last 3 minutes of the game.

I'm assuming it happened multiple times beforehand with zero sanction. Great timing by the AR.

A minute later, the Wallabies steal the lineout, and Green 17 steps ahead of last feet, then doesn't quite retreat, with zero material effect. AR is silent.

Love me a bit of consistency 😉

Poor Aussie. So close on this tour.

Yeah. If I was Aus I'd not be despondent moving into next year. Especially considering the side of the draw they're on.

Injury toll being one of the primary issues we have.

But fucking hell our discipline is rubbish and our execution swings from the sublime (try v France) to the utterly mediocre (about 40% of our own rucks).

From 1 to 8, possibly 9 in the rankings (which anyone with common sense knows is rubbish) these teams can beat each other on the day. Great to see rugby so competitive. The AB's dominated for so long it was destroying the game but it has absolutely boomed in the last decade thanks to better coaching and the sport rising in the public eye. The World Cup is going to be very interesting.

They beat SA and didn't lose at home to the Argies.

Yep, combine that with O'Keefe screaming at Ireland to let the ball go at that ruck, which would have been a kickable penalty even for Foley, and Oz can feel a bit hard done by.
