    Have to say that the Blues hold the on paper advantage for Super when it comes to loose forwards.

    Front Row - Saders
    Middle - Chiefs
    Back - Blues.

    Ofa still going to be used as a LH? That's not going to help his chances of making it back into the AB 23. Let's see if Ryan is playing for the Chiefs.

    I like it. He's not as good yet, but his style of play reminds me of Hemopo

    Agree 100%. Good to see. Perofeta looks better suited to FB. As maybe Barrett does now too. Where is Barrett btw. Injured or just being rested still. Is he available for the kick off game

    Not on last season's form. Perofeta was the Blues best 10 and better than when he played at 15.

    @KiwiMurph

    OK. Good to know.

    Based on the few minutes I saw him at first he looked like he wasn't the right personality where he just took control of a game. Maybe I was wrong

    Looking at those teams, it looks the "starters" could have the preferred Chiefs loose forward trio, while the "finishers" has the tight five (until Ryan is available).

    While the Blues will roll out 12 All Blacks in their initial starting team for the final pre-season hit-out against the Chiefs in Pukekohe on Friday night, Barrett won’t feature due to illness.

    Influential lock/loose forward Tom Robinson (illness) and lock Sam Darry (knee) are other notable absences this week.

    @Bones Has huge potential but a big call on a 19 year old who has yet to play NPC let alone Super Rugby.
