@KiwiMurph I think part of the problem is that Mauger is trying to give all players a run instead of selecting the best possible team. His selections are a head-scratcher sometimes, although they have a few injuries, too.

He was very good in the NPC. I imagine it is harder to dominate Super Rugby as a small loose forward given most players will be bigger and stronger than him, so he'll have to adjust. I'm sure he'll get there, though
