Congrats to the Steamers, a deserved win. The cards were fully deserved, but if you can't score with a man more on the field (for a time, 2), then you don't deserve the win.

Not good seeing Godfrey getting injured. It looked bad.

The refs by the way missed a dangerous tip tackle in which Sapsford landed on his neck/head near the end of the game.

The Bay are not a bad bloody team are they? I was there when they beat the Naki a few weeks ago, and thought then they look a team that is hard to put away.

I was so angry at the poor refereeing in this match. I suppose Josh Kaifa is invisible and allowed to enter rucks from anywhere. Despite all the hometown calls I was staggered the BOP reserve xv held out with 14 men.
