And stupid from Samoa 13 taking Farrell in the air. He's also made some very ordinary decisions this game

Poor decision from Samoa to pack their 23 on the flank. Gave Care a free run in. Should have scrummed with 7 in the scrum and a full back line

I can not believe the TMO came in after the conversion attempt to rule out that try when Itoje's hand is clearly on the ball.
