    4 and 5. 2023 LOCK

Who are the lock-ins for best locks?

    Nomination methodology follows.

Give reasons in support of your nomination so:

    1. You have some justification for your nomination
    2. We can argue against it, or even agree with it by adding more reasons

Discussion is encouraged at the nomination stage.

Nominations or alternatives without any opinions for, and arguments against will be treated as bannable offences.

Refer the laws of TOTY stated in the Sports Talk forum.

      1. Eben Etzebeth for his cloak of immunity. Joke apart, he is a monster of the game. Scott Barrett is just bubbling under. He was one of the best All Blacks all year long, fading a bit during the RWC final, unfortunately.
      2. Brodie Retallick. What a shame he is retiring as it seems he could have played for at least one more year at the highest level. He was playing this year like the BBBR of old.

Barrett - the most consistent of the AB trio. Shame he is also consistently a fucktard with cards

          Consistent on many levels then.

Edit: I see that was probably your point. Apologies.

                @Canes4life

                They get my vote too

                Adding a brief explanation

Scott Barrett came of age this year. People
We’re talking about him being player of the year before his sending off at Twickers.

EE is the best lock in the world and proved it this year.

Should have been red carded (2 YC’s) in the qtr final and final but didn’t. Showed he had added Jedi mind control to his already burgeoning bag of skills.
