Aussies actually have shown a bit of grit in defence, but they have to do something constructive with the ball

Jake Gordon's passing is so bad, it completely stifles any ability to generate go-forward - very similar to Finlay Christie. Almost every pass is delivered straight to a player's chest, not out in front of them, and it means they're basically standing still when they get the ball.
