Fihaki with a terrible pass. Ridiculous that he was just in AB camp

Ennor is playing well after subbing on early for McNicholl. A big part in both Cantab tries

Cantabs should be confident. The better side in the second quarter, they have the wind in the 2nd half, NH storm week and Harbour have been shit at closing out matches

            Best try of the NPC!

Great interplay between Edmed and Banks in a narrow space. Plenty of hands after that.. 98m in total

            41-19 Harbour after 50mins

Harbour keep finding space. Banks has been prominent this half

Leo and Stevenson combine for another

Leo having a great game. I've always been a bit dissapointed with him in xv's.. a high error rate etc. He's been extremely good today. A shame he's gone to league

                55-19 after 60mins

Stevenson and Suafoa must be enjoying thrashing the shit out of Scott Robertson favourites and likely All Black EOYT's Zac Gallagher, Brayden Ennor and Chay Fihaki.

Happy to be wrong about that

Harbour had some great tries today

                            Final score 65-19

This game shows why AB Rugby is in trouble. Harbour never had to commit anyone to their rucks because Canterbury weren't contesting abut 75% of the time.

I'm not sure that Edmed's form means anything in the context of this NPC

65-19 is Canterbury’s worst score conceded and it equals the worst margin (the previous worst was 60-14 v Wellington in 2017)

Because we keep picking easybeats from Canterbury for the wider squad?

Paradoxically the ABs won more turnovers than any other team in the RC and the Boks won the least.

@brodean You can only win turnovers when the opposition team has the ball hence one of the reasons why the Boks won the least.

Certainly in theory however the AB's won 40 turnovers and the Springboks won 26. It's a massive difference which can't be explained by the possession stats.
