Gatland might actually resign. I don’t advocate firing him but he might decide to

Well, he doesn't look a happy bunny on the TV.

@game_film that's never going to happen, he knows no one else will be paying him 600k a year.

Wales just don’t have the forwards. Will be competing with Italy to avoid the wooden spoon.

11 defeats in a row from Wales. Surely Gatland can't continue?

Never physically in the contest today (apart from briefly in the 2nd quarter)
Next week is going to be painful indeed.
I was offered a ticket for the SA game, not going to bother - I'd rather poke myself in the eye

Anscombe wishing he defected to Ireland or Scotland instead. Dont care about his heritage. The point stands.

@Steven-Harris It's not entirely his fault and some of those defeats were brave and honourable, but there has to be accountability for that run of results. The buck stops with the coach. Time for Gatland to step aside and let a younger, hungrier coach have a chance.

Garland is well past his use by date. His brand of rugby was successful a decade ago.

Toby Booth would be ideal for me, he turned the ospreys around totally changing the culture there.
Gats has been a good coach but that was nearly a decade ago, rugby has changed.
Wales don't have the players to complete right at the top end that much is obvious but even many of our better players seem to be going backwards performance wise.

Great turnaround by this Wallabies team after the embarrassment of losing to Argentina by a record score just a couple of months ago. Plenty of young talent to get excited about, and they have the right man to lead them in Joe. Suddenly the Lions series isn't looking like a foregone conclusion anymore.

                                      First the Chiefs, now Wales.

Gatland hasn't bothered to even phone it in for a long time.

That was painful to watch even though I generally want Wales to lose. Not sure where they go from here, it’s like watching an U20s side vs adults. Need an experienced coach who can create good environments, not many of those about at the moment

They certainly need a coach that doesn’t depend on a few big munters carting it up and then feeding off the chaos.
