Clan lucky. Thought MP had that.

Have skipped the thread, but would like to comment on the commentary.

Rikki is good. But who was the idiot with her doing the "expert" comments?

Was it Wheeler or Parsons? Whoever it was can someone tell him TO STOP YELLING!

NOT EVERYTHING IS EXCITING AND AWESOME AND IT BECOMES AN EXHAUSTING CACOPHONY IF YOU YELL ABOUT EVERYTHING.

Just take a deep breath and describe what is going on. That's your job.

Lucky this lucky that. A win is a win, doesn’t matter who it’s against or how you get it done. Multiple players out and still got the job done. Credit to the players who stepped up as well. Feels good to win in ugly fashion for a change.

@Landers92 yeah disruptive week just look at Gilbert trained on the wing, started at fullback and ended up as the 10 of sorts, we move forward to the Canes in a fortnight.

@booboo Still cant get my head around the head on head contact not being looked at , i spoke to one of Aucklands top whistle blowers today and he agreed with me that the Cam Miller head contact with Danny Toaloa should have been looked at further and under the WR frame work it should have been a red card
Its almost like this never happened and the silence is deafening from many parts of the media.
2nd week in row MP has been stiffed
May not have changed the result but you can bet dollars to doughnuts if the boot was on the other shoe we would heard about it by now

@Steven-Harris Citing commission has passed it on, so I guess the ruling is low force, mitigating down from a red.

This player of the year stuff is a nonsense. One of Umaga and Savea gave their three points to Vikena despite the fact he was hooked at half-time after giving away four penalties in the first half

Is there a table where we can see the current standings for this? And is it NZ and Aus players or just NZ?

Guys like Tizzano, Savea, Jim and Godfrey should be up towards the top of that list. They've been consistently good through the first three weeks.

@Canes4life Savea is going to win it by miles... it is floating around on socials.

Not really sure why they didn't just do 3,2,1 as voted by the referees, because that rewards consistency across a short competition.

I think Godfrey has been tidy, but feels mental that he sits 2nd with that Drua winger, and Ardie is on top when their teams have won 1/9 games combined. Obviously this is an individual award, but it feels like they have not got this right at all.

I feel like Godfrey was robbed of the player of the match award, losing out to Beaudy. Beauden had one decent play the whole game which led to Telea’s try but overall Godfrey was much better. He’s also the reason we beat the Drua so I think him being up there is warranted.

I agree though, Savea should win it with ease because all the opposing teams will likely pick him because of how influential he is for Moana.

no no you guys have got it wrong. Dan assures me that the players on the field know best, and the powers that be have thought this through. You guys just don't have the same level of understanding as they do.
