How do players not know all of their body has to be behind the tryline to be onside these days?

Segner looked like a halfback trying to defend against Failagi.

Have I got false memories of Rieko being able to break/beat tackles, use footwork and link with players?

Certainly hits a lot harder than he should with ball in hand. Doesn't really look like a blindside though.

    That should seal it.

One thing the Blues have done bloody well is nullify Ardie Savea. Apart from talk to the ref, I haven't seen him.

Yup, Part of the reason why the Blues have been dominant today.

Pretty good effort. Strong defence and good discipline, both in terms of penalties and sticking to the game plan. Attack still a little clunky

Good performance from the Blues. I thought Moana were a shot today but they had no answer to the Blues set piece and Barrett's game management in general. Blues intensity in defence was a lot better today too, something that has been missing for a lot of this season so far. Fair play to Moana too, well outplayed but fought to the end.

It might get adjusted later, but Dalton had 18 tackles and no misses. Last week was 25 also at 100%
