Ah Kuoi is a fascinating option for an AB jersey - but can he be a lock at that level? I don't think so.

As a 6 though, it is a shame he has had so few chances as he could be a real option - he was just everywhere today.

@gt12 for all the talk of the chiefs lineout being crap, he seems bloody good at getting up quick and a real danger on opposition throw.

Real nuggety player too, would be fascinating to see what he could do in a back five with Vaai, Barrett, Savea, Sititi/Sotutu.

@Jet 💯 Cards are blight on the game
In most cases many of cards that are given out come back with some sort of mitigation which in many cases are accidental
But by then the damage is already with the numerical disadvantage
No wonder support for the game year by year is dwindling

Caleb Delany is the same. Too many players getting shunted into lock at Super level that have no chance at test level but have potential at 6. Something that might also happen to Haig and Stoddard unfortunately.

So I was watching this game with some non rugby fan mates, and explaining to them how the Brumbies are a good team but they rely on their pack in close to score points and sometimes their backs are an after thought - then they bloody go and score two tries out wide.

They were pretty impressed with DMacs try saving move (what do we call it? Is it a tackle?) but I think they were enjoying the whisky more than the game.

Anyway, good game by the Chiefs in the end to put them away. Makes the final worth watching now, I really don't think I would have bothered watching a Crusaders v Brumbies final. 🙂

Such a shame we never got to see what you could do at test level Shaun.

Didn't we get 90 seconds of it?

    Brumbies lineout has been poor.

And leniently ruled by Berry - a number of contested lineouts that should have been penalised he let play despite going to the outside shoulder.

On this, Murphy wasn't interested in calling some that were definitely not straight (in front of where I was sitting). It's interesting to hear what is said by the ARs, and often ignored by the ref.
